Frances graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, she served as a research assistant in intellectual property law and interdisciplinary studies and was selected as one of six Research and Writing Fellows.

Her work brings a research-driven and detail-focused approach to matters involving claim analysis, infringement issues, prior art, brand disputes, confidential information, creative works, and IP-related business conflicts.
